Brisket Birria can be enjoyed as a protein option in just about any Qdoba menu item, or as part of two new chef curated offerings: the QuesaBirria Quesadilla and QuesaBirria Burrito.

The new QuesaBirria Quesadilla features slow-cooked and shredded Brisket Birria, the brand’s Signature 3-Cheese Queso, freshly made pico de gallo and shredded cheese in a flour tortilla.  It comes served with hand-crafted guacamole and sour cream.

Meanwhile, the new QuesaBirria Burrito consists of Brisket Birria, 3-Cheese Queso, shredded cheese, pico de gallo, salsa roja, cilantro lime rice and black beans all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.
